Where is your studio?
My studio is home based in Hammonds Plains, NS but I offer my services in Halifax, Dartmouth, Bedford, Sackville, Tantallon, Timberlea, and other surrounding areas in Nova Scotia
What should I expect from lash extensions?
Eyelash extensions are just like your natural eyelashes. They look the same, feel very soft and light, and look very natural. You can choose from light to heavy options depending on the look you’re going for.
How long does it take to apply lash extensions?
It depends on the types of lashes you would be getting, a full set of lashes can take between 2-3 hours, and touch ups can take from 60 minutes to 2 hours. It all depends on type of lashes that are being applied!
Can I wear mascara with eyelash extensions?
Yes, only with classic lashes, although it is not recommended because it may shorten the longevity of your extensions, you can still apply mascara if you need to for a special occasion.
Will lash extensions damage my natural lashes?
No! If they are applied properly with perfect isolation and weight, eyelash extensions will not damage your natural lashes. They’re just gorgeous additions to your current set.
How long do they usually last?
A full set lasts anywhere between 4-6 weeks, depending on the individual. Like any esthetic service, lash extensions need to be taken care of. We’ve had clients coming after over 2 months with lashes looking like they were done yesterday! That’s how crazy it is.
What should I do before my lash appointment?
It’s recommended to arrive for your appointment without any eye makeup on, as this will help the adhesive stick better and make the application process flow much smoother.
Besides that, avoid drinking caffeine the morning of and be ready for couple of hours full of pampering.
